Welcome to Bitvotax, a licensed and regulated automated investment platform that utilizes insured and well-maintained artificial intelligence technology to execute Forex trades and generate profits. Our platform offers a range of investment plans tailored to suit all budgets, and we are committed to providing our users with the best investment experience possible.
This document is created in accordance with the rules of International Law and Business practice. Bitvotax accepts individuals aged 18 and above, or with adult guidance. The registration procedure is necessary for each Bitvotax client. By accessing or using Bitvotax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Bitvotax.
1. Account Creation
To create an account on Bitvotax, you must provide us with your email address, basic personal details, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Investment Plans
Bitvotax offers a range of investment plans, including the basic plan, bronze plan, silver plan, gold plan, and platinum plan. Each plan offers different profit percentages per day and runs for a full year. You may choose any plan for your deposit, and you may make unlimited deposits into any investment plan of your choice. All deposits and withdrawals are cryptocurrency-based, and you may make unlimited withdrawals of your profits and earnings.
3. Referral Program
Bitvotax offers a referral program (affiliate program) that allows you to earn a specified percentage of the deposit as an instant bonus every time your referral makes a deposit. This bonus does not affect your referral's capital or withdrawable balance.
4. Customer Support
Every client has the right to get any additional information from our support service. Our customer support system is available to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have. You may access our customer support through the live chat widget or by filling out the contact form on our website. You may also open tickets on our Web app or send an email to support@bitvotax.com.
5. Fair Usage Policy
Every client is mandated to utilize this platform reasonably with ways to ensure fairness, equality and security for themselves, co-investors and the company itself. We only want the best for everyone. Bitvotax users are obligated to follow guidelines and observe a fair usage policy in the Bitvotax community. You are to follow the customer support directives and suggestions patiently at all times to ensure the continuous smooth running of the platform. Please comply with all instructions given to you by our customer care representatives and maintain good conduct while contacting them.
6. Transactions
Bitvotax transactions like deposits and withdrawals are primarily cryptocurrency-based (bitcoin). Please contact customer support if crypto transfers stay pending for over four (4) hours.
7. Refunds
To process a refund of capital investment, users may be required to provide a court affidavit and other legal instructive documents from the court or local police department, and other government authorization documents specified for your country/region.
8. Disclaimer
Bitvotax does not guarantee permanent availability of our AI Script, and we are not liable for any losses that may occur as a result of using our platform. We are only required by law to ensure transparency and provide reasonable-scale damage control; backed by our private insurance. Remember to invest responsibly.
9. Procedure For Amendment Of Present Rules
Bitvotax reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.Administration of Bitvotax reserves the right to make changes to the current document without the consent of investors. Administration of Bitvotax will inform clients about changes by publishing notice on the site of the company. Terms and Conditions changes come into force since the date of publishing information on the site, unless otherwise provided in the text. By continuing to use our platform after such modifications or updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of America, United States and The United Kingdom (England & Wales)
Investment Rules
Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between Bitvotax and its client. Clients process all financial transactions solely at their own discretion and at their own risk. The size and term of the deposit is determined personally by each client. Accrual of interest on the investment is calculated and credited to the client's account at the end of the term for "After" investment plans and daily on 'Daily' investment plans. The interest rate depends on the amount of investment and the investment plan. A client can use our profit percentages to accurately calculate his/her profit. Clients may choose cryptocurrency, the only method we accept to make a deposit. Bitvotax accepts BTC and other basic cryptocurrencies for investing; but only BTC for withdrawals. Only the current USD value of your Bitcoin or other crypto at the time of transaction is considered.
Anti-Spam Rules
Spam is commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail, including "junk mail", which the recipient has not requested. It is intrusive, often irrelevant or offensive, and wastes valuable resources. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam. We don't tolerate SPAM in our company. We forbid unsolicited e-mails of any kind in connection with marketing the services provided by Bitvotax. If any law enforcement agency, internet provider, web hosting provider, or other person or entity provides us with notice that you may have engaged in the transmission of unsolicited e-mails or may have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider's terms of service or any such policies or regulations, we will reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information. If you didn't receive a letter from Bitvotax, please don't forget to check your Spam folder because some email services may mark our email as Spam.
End-User License Agreement (EULA)
THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA” or “Agreement”) GOVERNS YOUR USE OF JADOOFX (“Bitvotax”) INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES WE MAY OFFER AT ANY TIME. THE AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN YOU (AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR A LEGAL ENTITY) AND JADOOFX. BY USING THE JADOOFX SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:
1. “Affiliate Program” means the referral program offered by Bitvotax.
2. “Investor” means an individual or legal entity that uses Bitvotax to trade and invest.
3. “Service(s)” means Bitvotax’s automated forex trading platform and other services made available on the Bitvotax website.
4. “User” means any individual or legal entity that uses Bitvotax.
5. “We”, “us” or “our” means Bitvotax.
6. “Website” means the Bitvotax website located at www.jaadoodfx.com
REGISTRATION
To use the Service, you must register and create a user account with Bitvotax. By registering, you agree to provide complete and accurate personal and contact information as requested by Bitvotax. You also agree to ensure that the information you provide is correct, current and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if there are any changes.
By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your country or jurisdiction, and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Bitvotax is an online platform that allows users to invest in forex trading and mining using insured and well-maintained artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Bitvotax investment plans are tailored to suit all budgets. Each investment runs for a full year, and investors receive a profit percentage every day for a year based on their chosen investment plan. Investors can choose any plan for their deposit, and each deposit runs independently for 365 days. Investors can make unlimited deposits into any investment plan of their choice, and all deposits and withdrawals are crypto-based.
Bitvotax Transactions like deposits and withdrawals are primarily cryptocurrency-based (bitcoin). If your crypto transfers stay pending for over four hours, please contact Bitvotax customer support.
Bitvotax also offers an Affiliate Program that lets users earn a specified percentage of the deposit as an instant bonus, anytime a referral makes a deposit. This bonus does not affect the referral's balance.
Any new features or tools that are added to the current Service shall also be subject to this Agreement.
LICENSE TO USE SERVICES
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or transfer any part of the Service, except as explicitly permitted under this Agreement or applicable law.
RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
1. use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement;
2. use the Service to bypass any security or measures implemented by Bitvotax;
3. engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks used to operate the Service;
4. solicit personal information from any individual;
5. impersonate any other individual or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any individual or entity;
6. use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations;
7. use the Service to send spam or other unsolicited communications;
8. use the Service to distribute or publish any content that is offensive or inappropriate;
9. be rude, disrespectful or abusive to any Bitvotax representative;
10. violate the intellectual property rights of any other third party;
11. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other Bitvotax account, computer system or network.
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Bitvotax and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use any of our trademarks, service marks or trade names without our prior written consent.
Bitvotax respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by any content on the Service, please contact us immediately.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Bitvotax makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, whether express, implied or statutory, with respect to the Service or any information provided through the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Bitvotax does not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations or requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Bitvotax shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
INVESTMENT RISK
Investment in forex trading is inherently risky, and you should be aware that there are risks involved in investment. Bitvotax does not guarantee any level of performance, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose. Bitvotax shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your investments.
REFUND OF CAPITAL
Investors may request a refund of their capital under certain conditions, such as if their investment plan is fully completed or if there are other legal reasons. Investors may be required to provide a court affidavit and other legal documents from the court for their country/region.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Bitvotax reserves the right to cancel your access to the Service at any time if you breach any provision of this Agreement or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary or advisable to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.
ASSIGNMENT
This Agreement may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement without your consent to any affiliate or successor to all or substantially all of our business or assets.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We may notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on the Website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
